Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Last wash is at 8:45 p.m.
Yes, there is always an attendant on site to offer you any assistance you need.
Our laundromat is a card store. We use the CCI card to start all of our machines.
Yes, we have 50 and 75-pound machines for large items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
We are always attended so you can drop off your laundry any time between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
We use Aurora detergent when we wash your laundry.
Our wash and fold service is $1.00/lb. for next day turnaround. If you need your clothes back the same day, they must be dropped off before noon and the cost is $1.25/lb.
There is a 10 pound minimum for our wash and fold service.
Regular service has a 24-hour turnaround time. You can pay a little more for same day service.
No, we will never wash your clothes with any other client's clothes.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery service Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 2:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $1.25 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $1.50 a pound.
The minimum order for pickup and delivery orders is 20 pounds.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you on the next delivery day. (Sunday pickups will be returned on Thursday)
Scheduling a pickup is easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It generally takes less than two minutes.
You do not have to be home to use our service. Just put in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
When you place your order there is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have specific laundry instructions.
No, we do not ask you to sign a contract. You can cancel at any time. We are that confident that you will enjoy our service.
When you place your order, we will ask you for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest using a laundry bag or a trash bag that will cinch closed.
You can always log into your account and suspend your service until you return from vacation.
